AUTHOR'S BIOGRAPHY
A late bloomer when it comes to writing, A.D. (Tony) Petroff brings more than six decades of lived experience and perspective to the page. Growing up in a small mid-western town, Tony traveled west and spent 24 years in SoCal until he answered the call to return home to assist with an elderly parent and assume the role of a 24/7 live-in caregiver. That role lasted more than nine year, and writing became a therapeutic outlet during that time. Tony is now happily married to his husband, Phil, where they make a home in Northwestern Pennsylvania.
Tony’s educational background reflects personal interests that include writing, photography, and psychology. Those interests, along with others (see interests and inspirations), converge on the page when he writes. His penchant for personality, place, and space is taking shape via the in-the-works science fiction novel, Quantum - a work that explores the psychological and physical evolution of its main protagonist.
